You can submit nominations for the Fellowship throughout the year. Once we start recruiting for a new cohort, we will send the necessary application forms that need to be completed to the organisational leader. Our Fellowship develops young leaders who are between the ages of 25 and 35 years from registered NPOs across South Africa. Over one year, and through a series of immersive workshops, coaching and assignments, two Fellows from each participating organisation are supported in becoming innovative change agents and leaders within their organisations and the wider sector.
