This was the first of the network’s provincial in-person meet-ups and was set up with the intention of giving Alumni based in the same areas a chance to meet one another in-person, both reconnecting with Alumni from their cohorts and making new connections with Alumni from others.

It provided a space for them to tap back into the Fellowship lifeline, a space to breathe and reflect, and to discuss what it means to be a leader and innovator in the current times and what they are currently grappling with in their work. It also allowed us to identify their needs more succinctly and obtain a reading of the sector through their eyes.

Key themes surfaced included leading in a time of socio-political chaos, maintaining self-care and well-being practices, and exploring what innovation looks like in the sector.
