If you asked me what matters most to me as a leader, in my practice and in the world today, I would without hesitation say curiosity.

While it can be a joy to meet in fellowship with a cohort of like-minded people doing the same work you do, it can also leave you feeling a little manoeuvred. Here we explore the Learnings from Immersion 1.
